Ty for keeping hope alive.
@Fiddlestickz tyvm. I wanted to make unique weapons later with unique sounds. Or make the any weapon any mod sound different given the mods it adds... As it is, I think there are other tricks that are also closed to the public modders...but I'll figure them out eventually.
Merry Christmas to you too and glad this is of help.
@Jeffglobal What tricks do you mean?
I'm still learning to search my posts, but now I have to respond to the post topic correctly. sry. I got bogged down in the graphics side to get to the sound side, but I liked using Adobe Audition so it's still there in the main, let's get this done list.
One perceived closed to the public knowledge was how to get NifSkope to freakin work. I found by accident on the Nifskope github discussion, while looking for something else a response by the programmer, yeah, Avast fk's up the program, it's too paranoid. Nuts. Something like that should be placed in the download page, not as an offhand remark in a discussion thread. Now, there's a limited universe of things I have to learn or relearn, so it looks much better now.
