There shouldn't be any issues with any of my mods, realistically the next gen didn't change that much. If there are issues with any, there is probably a bug report about it.
I don't know if this is a mod conflict, load order issue or a bug, but I was running a pretty heavy mod list to play The FSD Bleachers 2 with this and when I went to the Transit center the bot was there, but I couldn't find the required quest item. Don't want to put a spoiler out there, but when I went to get the item the marker had nothing. And the positioning was kinda weird. Halfway up an overpass pillar. Any ideas? Really want to get this BrightBlueBadBoy! Thanks for your work and Keep On Moddin!
Edit: Just so you know I went tcl and searched below ground and inside the pillar and overpass, nothing there.
Odd, well, worst-case scenario you can use Setstage() to recruit him or get past that stage. Can't tell you the number off the top of my head, but ShowQuestStages should be able to help. (Everything should be tied to quest stages iirc, so a missing quest item shouldn't be an issue here). The quest is gonna be named something like Nukatron_Quest or NukatronQuantum_Quest if I know myself lol

Thanks for the quick response Morgosus! Yeah, I'll do that and next time try a lighter load order, I'm almost done with FSD. I use MO2 and sort with LOOT and then MO2. Usually sets me up good except for the MUST LOAD LAST mods, ya know. Regardless, thank you for the work and quick response and Keep On Moddin!
so either I'm really stupid or the mod isnt working/conflicting with another mod. I'm looking everywhere around the transit center and I just cannot find the blue bot!
Not too long ago someone told me they had an issue finding him, back then I downloaded both the esp and esl (don't do both at the same time, I did it for testing purposes) and they both work - at the very least they spawn him, so that's the one thing that shouldn't be causing issues lol.
I always test my mods on a clean save and sometimes with my other mods, so I can't guarantee a conflict isn't happening, but there isn't too much that should be conflicting.
Here's the transcript of what I suggested. Hmmm, it should be fairly simple to get to him - as in "turn around and walk forward" simple... (not saying you're not looking hard enough, just that he SHOULD be there 😅) Approaching Transit center (coc DLC04TransitCenterExt) you should turn around, then walking forward (unless he wandered off somewhere nearby - in which case you may have to do some more searching) he should be right on the left side. Just to make sure that the mod isn't at fault I downloaded both esp and esl (do not do this, it messes with ids, I did it just for quick testing) and they're both there (as seen in the image below). Here's an image guide (two images) https://imgur.com/a/BL314cc Last bit of info - I believe his prid id should be somewhere around 46, so if you figure out the prefix of your mod (help "nukatron quantum" 4 - then take the first numbers) and append 00..46 to it (basically, take the first numbers from the help command and 46, the rest is 0s) it might get you there if you use moveto command.
I tried tping him but no dice so I force started the quest and it showed me its location and found where it was... underwater in the middle of the world map anyway thank you for helping!
Very nice mod. I love the Nukatrons and this is a real nice feature to have. Got me thinking though, it'd be cool if there was more variations for the Nukatrons. You could have a Nuka Victory-themed one, a Nuka Dark-themed one, etc etc. Sure, they'd end up looking like Power Rangers or Skittles but I'd still like it. Would do it myself if I knew how to mod, but this good enough. Thank you!
P.S. For different variations of Nukatrons, you'd technically only need to know how to draw them (or better phrased - you'd need to draw them ); adding it to the game is "fairly" easy afterwards.
As someone who prefers Quantum and loves its look, this mod is amazing and I already know several locations that will be better because of your hard work!!!!
I'm fairly certain that Buddy was essentially hacked together by the brewery intended to hang around a pub, so it makes sense why it doesn't look as sleek. Nukatrons are pretty much military guards serving as marketing tools while walking around Nuka Cola Corp. locales like Nuka World, so they're made to represent (+ they're made using mass-produced military grade parts, unlike buddy, who has a minifridge pretty taped onto it haha)
My brains a bit fuzzy in the morning, but let me make sure to further idiot proof this... by gaining said torso part, does that mean that every robot I make can now produce a Draft Nuka-Cola Quantium or is it just the companion only?
