Just checked it as compacted-ESL, seems to work fine, with extracted main.ba2.
One critic that i have, when trying to modify the AR70, all the descriptions are like "APcost+20%, ADSspeed+10%, BashDAM+100%, Recoil-25%" (example for Full Stock) instead of a vanilla text message. I don't know if that was the case with the original mod for the AR70, & its not such a big deal (its good to know the exact % of benefit/loss of a modification ), it just looks a bit weird that it looks like a code...
Having saying that, i also adore the idea of making small packs of mods with standalone-no-LList items, saving plugin & archive space, although i know that it may be hard to get permissions from the original mod authors.
I just fixed a couple of spelling mistakes on that one, very solid mod and I use this for settlers so didn't bother changing too much. Authors and I have open permissions so you can do what you like, don't use loads of mods so I never make esl versions.
I strongly recommend keeping the assets in bsa format as Fallout 4 has serious issues with loose files.
Fallouts pissing me off a tad because I can't get high fps fix to work without stuttering so I'm switching to Skyrim SE which is 100% less broken. This mod was part of my personal weapon merge which focused on stuff using vanilla animations to avoid NPC's glitching out when firing from cover.
I'll be doing more with Bethesda games but likely more with outfits as they are simpler, you can find all my mods by looking at my profile and from there, my old profile which is linked in most post pages, done mods for many games. My proper mod for Fallout 4 is called Boston Bandits so check that out if you are looking for a Raider overhaul.
to be honest I was just asking if you will fix some other mods, there is a lot of mods that are good but no one is trying to fix them and even creators have abandoned them, like SCAR-LK rifle, DOOMBASED did good job on making a mod but his weapons have clean textures and am not fan of that and you have fix it for us, thank you I don't have Skyrim SE but I did play original years ago and I see nothing different in them, like WTF bethesda, salling us same game 2 times and it even has same problems as the original but it is your life and your decisions dude, I wish you best
also I did try your Type89 redux mod also, amazing work on that one but am not big fan of faction edits, I found it to be more trouble than it's worth but thank you for suggestion and again good luck to you dude
Skyrim SE was a free update if you owned the old one, it looks and runs way better. I'm just using a load of texture mods, mesh fixes and PI-CHO ENB and it looks glorious, you just have to go easy on the amount of mods you use or they get updated and stuff breaks.
I've fixed a bunch of stuff but it can be pretty thankless, 10mm carbine for example, completely redid the textures but nobody downloaded them. Like governments, requests are mostly useless as people make and fix whatever they like.
yea but skyrim is not fallout and I was never that much interested in it but we all have different things we like
also I apologize about type89 redux part of my comment, my english is not 100% so what I was talking about was your Boston Bandits mod, it is not bad and I did try it, I don't make decision about mods without trying them but it is not my cup of tea if it makes sense but type89 redux mod just amazing, thank you for it
and I can understand how you feel about your mods, I am modder myself and sometime our work is not appreciated but as long as I like what I make everything else is insignificant, sad thing is I just can't get my mind around F4 modding, it is like F NV but at a same time nothing like it
I see, all you can really do with Raiders is add variety to what exists, Mad Max type stuff.
I actually started making stuff on Fallout 4 I think, years ago but I deleted it all then came back when I got a better PC. I like to keep it simple and just edit vanilla outfits, weapons are way more complicated.
at least you know how to do something, I don't even know how to edit created mods from other people, there is a lot of weapon mods here that are just lost to past and soon I think all mods here will be broken when new patch comes out

Or, maybe better, is it safe for me to make it a compact-ESL?
Great job, ty

Type 89 textures are nothing to do with factions.
