Split trinkets into three types: rings, lockets, and pocket watches
Trinkets now have a random debuff: Irradiated (1 Rad/sec), Fatiguing (-30 AP), Weakening (Take 25% more damage), Unsteadying (-25% accuracy), or Heavy (20x weight)
Legendary creatures have a chance to drop Mutated Bile as their legendary item, which can cleanse a trinket of its debuff
Prevent items the player can't equip from being made legendary (e.g. super mutant armor) - This is configurable in MCM
Fix an issue where legendary enemies could get more than one legendary item
