   I've just built a few walls so far, so I decided it was time to build a security fence with guard towers around Sanctuary Hills.

   Awesome mod, had been using it in my current playthrough - Makes for a perfect "first step" to protect the Sanctuary!
   And I love the fact that metal walls from workshop snap to the fencing, I've upgraded the wall with full metal sheets all around - Looks Badass :D

   Can you make it so that I dont need transfer settlements? Its not detecting my F4SE.

      It's just a blueprint so it requires transfer settlements.  It has no esp. Eventually, I want to redo all these blueprints as mods with espfe's. For now, I'm waiting for the fo4 "next-gen" release from bethesda. Then I'll finally get around to learning to use the creation kit. So, for now, it's just a blueprint that requires transfer settlements.

   Does this do anything other than add fences? I would like to use it to add the fences to my existing settlement.

      No. It just adds fences and the guardposts. That's all.
