A solution has arrived!
 
I bring to you my very first full on crafting mod and very first Armor related mod (7th mod total) "Craftable PA Frames and Pieces"!

To build the Orig PA Frame it requires:
Armorer Rank 2
1 PA Frame Right Leg Parts
1 PA Frame Left Leg Parts
1 PA Frame Right Arm Parts

To build the Higher Req PA Frame it requires:
Armorer Rank 3, Science! Rank 3
1 PA Frame Right Leg Parts

1 PA Frame Right Arm Parts

1 PA Frame Torso Parts
1 PA Frame Head Mount Parts
(Each Part Requires more than Orig to make and weighs more.  Each Part also requires Armorer 3 and Science! 3 to make.)

To build the Insane Req PA Frame it requires:
Armorer Rank 4, Nerd Rage! Rank 1
2 PA Frame Right Leg Parts (Half)
2 PA Frame Left Leg Parts (Half)
2 PA Frame Right Arm Parts (Half)
2 PA Frame Left Arm Parts (Half)
4 PA Frame Torso Parts (Quarter)
1 PA Frame Head Mount Parts
(Each Part is cruelly balanced from the Higher Req to make and weighs less per half/quarter, but combined more than Higher Req.  Each Part requires Armorer 4 to make.)
60 Circuitry
80 Adhesive
60 Gears
60 Springs
125 Screws

The Power Armor Pieces that are makeable are:
Raider (Head, Legs, Arms, Torso) No Armorer Required
T-45 (Head, Legs, Arms, Torso) Armorer Rank 1 Required
T-51 (Head, Legs, Arms, Torso) Armorer Rank 2 Required
T-60 (Head, Legs, Arms, Torso) Armorer Rank 3 Required
X-01 (Head, Legs, Arms, Torso) Armorer Rank 4 Required

Disclaimer!!!:
In order to to build the Power Armor Frame go to into any Settlement and open up the menu to build new objects for your Settlement then got to Furniture -> Miscellaneous and it is the blank one located just to the right of the Ottoman and just left of the first Television.

All of the Frame Parts and PA Pieces themselves can be built at any Chemistry Station, I tried my best to balance the costs of everything that I put into this.

The total weight of all the Frame Parts combined is 75 (It is an ENTIRE PA Frame that you are carrying, minus the things to actually put it together).

**Any of these, the Frame or the Pieces, can be made at ANY Settlement or ANY Chem Station respectively.**

**Note that whenever you make a PA Piece the piece that you make will not be the most basic piece, and I think that all of them come randomly preupgraded.**

****Upon making them, the T-60 PA Pieces will always be Brotherhood of Steel (BoS) upgraded.  I cannot help this, so I did include two different .esp files, one that contains the craftable T-60 PA Armor Pieces and one that does not include the craftable T-60 PA Pieces.****

****Do not have both of these .esps actively in your load order at the same time.  Please use only one.****

*I still do not know everything, so please go easy on me if I do not know how to fix or understand an issue that randomly comes up.  I will happily try to help you figure out the problem though, just don't mark it as a bug if you can't get the content because the file does work.*

I am also currently working on more unique weapons/ammo/grenades/crafting mods for this game, but I am open to ideas or suggestions (PM me if you have any).  My workrate on these mods will be slowed down a bit thanks to Xenoblade Chronicles X.

Installation/Acquisition!!!:
The Craftable PA Frame and Pieces uses an .esp file.  This file will go into your Fallout4 -> Data folder.  If you have a desktop icon right click it and "Open File Location" then drop it into the Data folder.  If you just hit "Play" on Steam then go to Program Files -> Steam -> steamapps -> Common -> Fallout4 -> Data.

I guess various mod managers will automagically recognize the .esp and check it off.   I do not use one for FO4 and if you do not either then go here: Users -> (Your Computer Name) -> AppData -> Local -> Fallout4 -> plugins.txt.  Add the line without quotes "CraftablePAFrame.esp" OR "CraftablePAFrameNoT60.esp" under the Fallout4.esm in whichever load order you wish, and remember the load order number (Fallout4.esm is load order 0).

To get any of these, it is a crafting mod, so make them, I will not reveal the codes for the Frame parts that I added.
