If you're like me and you enjoy an extremely difficult level of damage intake and mods that add more randomized spawnpoints for enemies, you'll know the pain of being shot from god knows where when roaming the Far Harbor DLC. Of course, because they can see through the bushes and you can't.
These Loose files will simply override the assets used to create the island's thiccc brush with a 1 KB transparent texture to hide the objects (Just like in the Original Mod).
As i understand, performance issues of the Far Harbor DLC is not really related to foliage, however this could improve your performance very slightly.
