Damn. This is a nice looking settlement, especially at Coastal Cottage, one of the worst locations with that unscrapable half a house and huge sinkhole. But yeah be proud of this build because it looks great.
Thanks gungho95. With Place Everywhere it's not hard to do. Even before using mods I could always find a place to stick some stairs, then just build above it. :)
