Applies random naming to the Brotherhood of Steel

This is a fairly simple mod, that uses the random names supplied by the Alias framework, and applies them to the Brotherhood of Steel.
Names consist of a Rank, based on the base rank of the NPC, and a random Surname.
Requires SPID and the Alias Framework
Doesn't touch any vanilla records, so it should be compatible with anything that doesn't already rename the generic BoS soldiers. Distribution by SPID is done on the exact name for each NPC for this module, so mods that add new NPCs will be fine as long as the new NPCs are named the same as existing ones in the vanilla game.
The base version covers all previously unnamed, generic BoS Soldiers. A patch is also available which only distributes it to Legendary soldiers instead (effectively a replacer for True Legendary Enemies, and therefore not compatible with it).
