Still nothing, in order to try it I was forced to use the console. Although graphically ugly, it has a perverse charm, technically I find it interesting and versatile, very customizable. I've been in the game for at least three weeks now since I installed the mod, I'm afraid you'll have to work on the injection lists, still a nice weapon, functional even at high levels, thanks for sharing.
I'm happy you like it! I'm working on my texturing skills, i'll update the mod with better visuals when I'll have them ready and I'll fix the ll injection as soon as possible.
So I did some testing and it turned out the weapon is indeed injected but it's INCREDIBLY rare, only reliable source was gun vendors. Update fixing this should be on nexus tomorrow. Thank you for pointing out this issue!
I don't have the updated version yet, and I've had no problem finding the gun. I seem to find at least one every time I go out questing, and at one point, after making a circuit from Sanctuary to Bunker Hill to Parson State Asylum, I had three in my inventory. Wonder why some folks aren't finding any?
It might depend on if your leveled list are cluttered with other mods, maybe that was the reason Orfanello couldn't find any. I'm happy you're not having problems with finding the gun and I hope the update didn't make it overwhelmingly common for you. Thank you for your feedback! Are you enjoying the weapon?
ooooo this'll be one to keep my eye out on, there's a solid idea there and potential to be pretty good with a little bit of polish, not bad for a first go!
I haven't downloaded it, but from the pictures, you can improve texture quality and model details. I would also sell it better here, with better pictures and a small video at least. Congrats on your first weapon!
Fun gun, and a great first mod. If you want some constructive criticism, maybe a little more detail in the model and textures would help (things like reinforcements and ribbing in the body around the breach, maybe some rough makers or proofing/caliber marks), but I do like the visual variety to the mods so that's a balance of time and content. Lore-wise it works really well as you intended, I can imagine this being produced by wasteland gunsmiths as civilisation started to re-emerge. As a future improvement, maybe consider adding the sights from Dak's West Tek Optics pack. All around, great effort, keep at it, there can never be too many original firearms in Fo4 :)
Thanks, I'm glad you like it! I'll definitely go back to making the model more detailed and improve the texture quality when I get more experience with substance maker. The optics variation is definitely something my mod needs so that's also something on my to-do list right after I finish my second weapon mod I'm working on (hopefully I'll get right the things I have to improve in this one).
