   I'm glad this mod is factual and realistic. Whoever spread these lies that we "own" cats is clearly delusional.

   This is right up there with the mod that adds "happiness" to settlements by attracting Cat Settlers.

   Don't fully understand from the description the scope or mechanics of this mod.
   What exactly does this mod accomplish, and how is that generally achieved?
   
   Could you please expand the description to answer most basic questions a person might have?

      I rewrote part of the description.
      There are places like Mean Pastries where there are no humans and only cats live.
      When you install this mod, NPCs like housemates will be placed.
