    Mod straight up doesn't work.
    Your zip folder path is busted. It's Data/sound/Sound/FX. Vortex installs it, but because the sound folder is doubled, it doesn't actually work.

    It's so nice to see a fellow Ed, Edd, 'n Eddy fan making a FO4 mod! :D

    The circumstances are kinda awkward though? I made a mod a few years ago that does almost the exact same thing.^^;
