This mod take vanilla houses and prefabs and add wood supports to them, like that they become usable on uneven ground These support houses are separated from vanilla ones but they use the same workshop menu
As support I used the ones that come with the barn houses in DLC Far harbor and consequently to work correctly this mod require Far Harbor (for textures essentially). I thinked to use the ones from vanilla, but vanilla lack from decent support for balconies, that why I used the Far Harbor supports ones.
