question.. is there a helmet mod that matches this style? like a legionnaire helmet made of junk or something? I think that would really tie the armor together! There was a man in IRAN that had'nt had a shower in 50 years and was deemed the most dirty man alive, he drank puddle water with a rusty can, smokes tobacco with camelpoo and survived on roadkill... he died from a shower at the age of 89 or something. Humans best trait is to adapt.
All of FO4's metal armor should be as thin as barrel walls, and that's realistic. The armors, as shown, would be too heavy for any except super mutants. I like the barrel shield. The fridge door shield, made from a 1950's fridge, would be too heavy. Because leather already exists in FO4, despite no one making it, layering those license plates over leather pieces would be more likely. Consider making the cuirass into segmentata(the name of the armor.) The handle for any shield is in the middle. ref. The Metatron(Youtube)
