D E S C R I P T I O N
GROUNDED ENB is a result of many, many hours of work and experimentation over the course of several months, taking inspiration from and being influenced by various pieces of media such as games, other mods and visual tech presentations.
The mod overhauls the game's lighting and provides natural colors which increases the level of atmosphere of the game's environment, ultimately, leading to a more immersive gameplay experience. What also aids in making the game world much more atmospheric is the amplification of many environmental effects such as:
To better demonstrate these effects, images will be presented a little further down.
In addition, each weather has been adjusted accordingly in terms of weather-specific lighting, FX and a few other visual aspects. The weather mod used is NAC X and for now it is the only weather mod GROUNDED is guaranteed to be compatible with.
It is also possible to achieve different looks through customization, primarily through enbeffect and enbeffectpostpass. People who have used ENBs before and like to tweak values to their liking should have no problem familiarizing themselves with the UI. However, more expansive customization options are planned for future updates.

I N S T A L L A T I O N
Before proceeding to install the ENB, make sure you have ENB Helper and NAC X installed. Both mods and their respective prerequisites can be installed via a mod manager.
- Go to the official ENBSeries for Fallout 4 download page and get the latest version available.
- From the downloaded archive move d3d11.dll, d3dcompiler_46e.dll and enbraindrops.dds files into the game folder.
- Next download either the main or the optimized version of GROUNDED ENB from this page and move the contents into the game folder. More precisely, the enbseries folder and enbseries.ini and enblocal.ini files.
- When in-game, you can use the END key to open the editor and the SCROLL key to toggle the ENB on / off.
