Have to disagree. Load order of Vivid Weathers and this mod are critical. Load the Vivid Weathers mod files in the lower 10% of your load order. Then make sure that this mod is then loaded after the 4 Vivid Weathers files. Now load your Fallout 4 Update game and at main menu select Mod Config option. Scroll down to Vivid Westher's and you should see a submenu. Select Hotkeys. Now setup each of your 5 hotkeys for the weather type you want to enable during the game.
Keep in mind that the selected hotkey weather type is not persistent; it's temporary. For me, the menu settings are all working as expected. I can now hit my hotkey and have clear weather for at least 24 game hours. No more days of endless fog or rad storms or rain.
Strange. I'm playing Fallout 4 Update and for the past 3 days the Vivid weathers menu has worked consistently. Have you changed your load order as suggested? If you have, I only can conclude that you have another mod that is conflicting with this mod.
I've got all three mods installed and cleaned, and I just can't get this to work. I click on the desired weather in MCM and nothing happens. I don't have any other mods adding things to MCM and I don't run any other weather mods. Is there a step I'm missing?
Same. MCM works, no errors, settings are correctly saved, but do absolutely nothing, including the hotkeys. While the original holotape method works fine.
Thank you for all these MCM settings you made, they're neat!
I gotta ask, do you take requests? If you do, I think a lot of people (and me, duh!) would be really grateful for one made for Companion Status Hud. All the configuration is made through console commands, even resizing and moving, so it's quite bothersome after some time...
Any chance for a https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/23721 menu? :) it has this annoying thing that you wont get the holotape if you play Start me up ;)
