I would very much appreciate a version just for the Heavy Energy Combo because I just can NOT get a plasma caster to appear at all and would like a method of obtaining it.
Nice one, saves me from doing it on my own for my current playthrough.
One issue though. When looking at the vanilla one in xedit, it appears that you are not using the last official release of each mod because it comes up with a load of missing formids. Did you eslify the weapon esp's and do anything with their formids?
