Started to work on the texture for the Institute Beret, though i have ran into a minor issue where the beret goes invisible, so its not included yet, but posted a preview image.
Any chance of making it moddable at the armor workbench? All 3 (add-on, lining and weave) would be nice. Currently it doesn't even show up in the crafting menu. (I use Armorsmith extended, if that makes a diff.) Thx
So I decided to take matters into my own hands. ...
To make this easier, I just deleted the links I'd posted and have uploaded (with kwn2k's permission) a mod with an installer that lets you choose the beret color. Blue and red are included.
I am currently using the red 1st recon beret standalone so that shade would be great and if you do blue then I think a shade similar to the blue on the American flag in real life not the faded one in game might look good. Thank you!
Edit- If you make a blue beret the minutemen general blue might be better as said above so it matches that outfit and it would appeal to more mod users.
+1, would love a blue one. There's a pretty sharp looking Minutemen re-skin here: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/5863/? and a matching blue beret would be totally bitchin'.
Would also really like to see a blue version, any shade that isn't too bright would be fine. (like, for example, just the 'regular' Blue paint scheme from Craftable Combat Armor, not the "Blue Blue")
and you know, maybe a version with +CHA, since we MM are trying to be everyone's friend...
