This is my favorite remesh of the combat rifle. It matches a lot with the vanilla aesthetic. My only gripe is that when aiming down sights, the sights are misaligned. I was able to align the reflex sight by tweaking the values in the esp and nifs, however, it would be much better if you were able to fix these.
I loaded this up in game and while the model is cool, I have to ask: Why does this gun have two ejection ports, and why does the brass fly out of the left side when the charging handle is on the right? Being smacked in the face by ejecting brass isn't a pleasant experience.
It would make more sense to remove the wrong-side ejection port and just have brass fly out of the ejection port with the charging handle.
IDK if it'll help because I haven't downloaded this... Yet... I'm considering if I prefer Dak's more or not, but try grabbing hitman's righthanded handmade rifle and the patch for it and this mod. Patch is a misc thing under this mods files.
Greetings! Loving the mod so far, but I do have a question! Hope it's not dumb to ask, but does the standalone version of the gun make it a standalone weapon in the game/leveled list, that doesn't change the vanilla Combat Rifle?

I may use this mod anyway and see if there's any compatibility issue. Frost changed the weapon level list and gun parts quite much.
