How much work was it to change these debuffs? I'd like to change the survival debuffs to work like 76 (rewards for being well maintained instead of penalties)
It's a simple process, the game has an "ingestible item" for each state (peckish-hungry-tired-etc..) that gets injected in your character when he reaches the corresponding state, so all I did was change the effects of those ingestible items.

Otherwise very sensible changes. Don't know why the Devs thought not drinking water regularly would piss off fate itself.
