About this mod
This is my blueprint that I built. This is a bare bone of what i built for myself compared to the one I built with mods. Only DLC items you need.

Only DLC Needed for this Blueprint.There is only one problem and that's the FPS. But in not bad at all, i have a GTX 1650 and it got from 60 to 25 fps if you look the whole building, other than that it works perfectly fine.
Installation
-Ones you download the blueprint mod here on nexus just ether drag and drop it onto the folder.
-For drag and drop just go to the fallout 4 folder into Data\F4SE\Plugins\TransferSettlements\blueprints and I put it into slot 40
This is my first time uploading a mod or a blueprint so if I did anything wrong you know why
