Installation;
Just use Vortex and then navigate to MOD Config > FallUI - HUD > Layout and then choose "QuickHUDv2_final.ini"
and then create a new save, then reload

Manual Installation;
Manual Download the file and extract "QuickHUDv2_final.ini" into 'Fallout 4\Data\Interface\FallUI HUD\Importable HUD Layouts\' directory.
Then navigate to MOD Config > FallUI - HUD > Layout and then choose "QuickHUDv2_final.ini" and then create a new save, then reload
