Another day, another Precombine snafu. Rebuild PnP due to bug with Raze My Settlement, tested, works again.

Minor update, navmesh lost edge between Red Rocket main cell and the cell just to the south. This resulted in Carla/Freedom Calls NPCs having trouble pathing to Sanc by way of RR. Pathing inside RR was working fine.

Disabled shrub group on E side of build zone just outside it.
Fixed previs glitch on road N side of RR near guardrails.
Removed navmesh for cell E of RR in Corcord, was not playing nice with Beantown Interiors mod. Tested, NPC moved back and forth between zones fine.

Disabled 3 lights (that were not attached to any natural sources) that I missed on earlier passes.
