Everything is now scrapable except for the shack with the workshop and the ship that is part of the quest to activate the workshop in the settlement.

Floor was too high in house to allow proper doors, lowered it and terrain under it.

Removed some additional vegetation.

Removed some more permanent junk around shoreline.

Changed lantern to use workshop version.
