If your playing a high damage playthrough and dont want to get domed by a cracked out raider when you peek while he crip walks towards you hip firing his auto pipe from 25 yards away.
Adjusted NPC accuracy to their respective factions.
Ranged NPC's will prioritize staying in cover. Melee NPC's will rush. Firefights will be more prolonged.
Companion accuracy also adjusted based on their respective factions and who I like more.
Common NPC's have their accuracy reduced. Elite NPC's have their accuracy increased (or left intact).
