      iirc the creation kit wasn't out yet, or maybe he just wasn't that good at modding. Regardless, this can't be changed since he died.

      Nah that's the headlamp. Hold down the button you use to access your pip-boy and they'll turn on. You can change them to blue in the power armor station.

      Hope you enjoy your sexy new armor!

    love the blue and black retex. I was thinking of attempting to build this design with lightning, as its my primary colourscheme myself.
