It is compliant with game version .163 Was tested in game version .138 using the mod Version Check Patcher https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/42497 which is a MUST HAVE mod for anybody using an older version of the game.
The mod also contains watermelon grenades. Watermelons are considered to be partially fruit, partially vegetable; interchangeably. And stuff a grenade into a vegetable sounds super lame.
