   I was just thinking how much I hated building settlements. Then I saw this and had to get it. Looks like a place I would try to find after a real nuclear winter.

      I tried it out in a test game, and it really is amazing. I can tell how much time you put in on this. I tried something like this in Sanctuary and even turning two foundations into arcades was about 20 hours before I just left it out of frustration.
