I recently found Flarescale's mods and ended up using most of them, they are all solid as a rock. My latest project is to add material swaps for some of his weapons, first though I made a simple replacement of his Silverballer textures. Before the pistol was absolutely pristine condition which is not to my taste, so I aged it a few hundred years to fit better with vanilla Fallout guns.
I have not changed the ICA 19 or anything else with the mod. Diffuse, Normal and Specular for the Silverballer have been edited and all textures repacked in the bsa. Simply install this over the original mod if you like it.
