If Shank isn't wearing the outfit after installing just use the 'resurrect' console command on him.

If Shank isn't wearing the outfit after installing just use the 'resurrect' console command on him.
- Shank will wear an unlootable, buffed version of the Synaptic Combat Rig outfit.
- ESL-flagged ESP file; so you can change where you want in your load order without it counting towards your ESP plugin limit
