Vanilla DC Guards are boring, am I right? They all look the same, wear the exact same uniforms, and while they might carry a baseball bat, none of them carry swatters. Aren't swatters supposed to be kind of a big deal in Diamond City?
Different authors have created mods to address these issues, but I like to use three in particular. The three mods are:
Yes, they are older mods, but they work just fine - AND - they work better together!
Way back when, I manually merged their files for my own use, tweaked the results a tiny bit and have been happily using the merged file in my game.
But why stop there? Why not bring their work to everyone's attention again? And so, I offer you DC Guard Variations, thanks to the above authors who generously provided open or specific permission for me to do so. And....I rebuilt the merge over the weekend as an esl plugin!
As noted in the description, no DLCs are needed and the assets are all vanilla.
Potential conflicts: None unless you are using another mod that affects the Diamond City guard outfits or level lists. If so, make a bashed patch to use them all together.
XBox: I don't own an XBox and have no idea how to port a mod for console use.
