this is right in vault 111. after you wake up but I have not left the vault yet! I used console commands to add his signature outfit. Grognak's outfit and the Lt. Hat from Ironsides! as well as a special edition of the Sinister Mister Fister and or Jus.."
again only used with console commands cause I dont know how to use the GECK.-
I also added a vault 81 cure into your inventory so if you do vault 81 quest and get the molerat virus, you can cure yourself and still help that little ginger child to get the happy ending. though.... seeing as what happened to vault 81 in TFS's "cannon" fallout universe.... yea... any ways have fun.
he is level ONE, and stats are the stats TFS crew set in the first episode of their adventure
S:3 P4 E2 C3 I4 A6 L6 but since I have not left the vault yet, you can changed them to how you want.
