   I can't believe my luck! This mod came out as recently as October 2022? I just happened to come back to the game after a several-year-long break. 
   
   Found the seagulls being so god damn loud and found no mods other than this one.

      Okay I got it to work! I had to set a rule in Vortex for it to specifically load after radiant birds as the load-order didn't sort itself properly with the built in LOOT.

      I am blown away that more people aren't bothered by this. Glad you got it to work, definitely load after anything that affects bird sounds
