    Hai Brook here , I will be helping with Obscurum IV : Statesec project. And I need everyone to report bugs and such and show footage if possible would help. Video clips or screenshots. Also give your opinion on combat and such. We hope to fix issues as soon as possible as well and bring Thumblesteens vision to life. But we also need help of the community for feedback and current issue the mod has. See you on battlefield survivors.

    Ok this is pretty awesome, first time Obscurum player. I seem to be crashing alot during combat. I turned graphics down to almost nil to see if it was my card but still happens.
    Also there are molerats in the landfill think u wanted them all converted to csr.
    other than that its awesome.

      Make sure you disable weapon debris in graphics settings. It causes crashes in combat in general, OBIV just makes it more common.

    Bro, I remember when I added you on Steam and you told me you wouldn't do it or something cause people were being dreadfully awful, glad that this did end up coming to be, and boy was that so long ago too!
    Finally, the best FO3/NV mod of this style is on FO4 too!

    Damn, i would love to try this one. What will this mod does if i apply it on an ongoing savegame ? I already have a developed Soviet theme Commonwealth now, with all the settlement fully build and customize to provide comfortable for the people and a heavily armed Minutemen with a bunch of Soviet weapon, exoskeleton, Altyn helmet and Soviet uniform. Will your mod override those loadout and does your mod gonna make such heavily effect on the settlement system that i might have to rebuild all the settlement? (which is very time consuming).
    What i like most about this mod is you do have an official support from the Warsaw Pact, unlike my theme where the Minutemen get raise by Marxist leader and he taught them and educate the Minutemen and put them together under the new Minutemen red banner (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/66347), so i would really love to have your mod integrated to my ongoing savegame.

      First off: Sastimasa romale, nice to see there's two of us on this website now. 

      I would say it's a BIG MAYBE. Make a backup and follow these steps. 

      1. Start the game without the mod, and go inside someplace. If you have survival mode on, bring food and water and basically sleep indoors for a week. This is needed to make sure the spawning and world data is reset. 

      2. Enable my mod, and load your game (remember to make backups). If you're lucky, then the new starting scripts won't kick in because you already completed the intro quest, and with the resets, perhaps you'll be able to make it work. 

      But beware: Your settlements will face the wrath of a huge NATO backed invasion, like Sarajevo or something, so make sure you're prepared to lose a few people. But if you're lucky then it might work.

      Well there are actually a number of TRULY left-leaning modders and mod users on this site that actually do know a thing or two about Marxism, Communism or Socialism, most of them rarely make any commentary about politic stuff cause you know "A-can's game" and sometime they get getting insult by people who only know meme, rumor or imbecile who BELIEVE they know more than someone that is currently living in a socialist country or ex-socialist country and over many attempt to make good structure argument in order to explain to them for knowledge sharing, turn out im talking to a parrots whose repeat whatever their master say, instead of thinking on their own. These people only drawn out my energy, so for sake of my mental stable, im starting to ignoring them, this can be apply for many left leaning people that i mention above.

      Return to the main point, looks like im gonna have a lot of s#*! to solve now, but this mod looks like it worth it.
      And about the settlement, i laugh at their attack, the second they appear to any of my settlements, they gonna have to say hi to 20 ptrs-41 turrets, a fully armed sentry bot with 2 fatman and get their face kissed by a 3BM60 shot from a T-72B3, beside i have install your Real.AI (with some tweak), so the defense system are going to be the one who shot first.
      For now, im gonna solve this thing tomorrow, it's getting late in here.

    The mod is really cool but is there a way to not play as a minuteman? Maybe something more akin to a merc who is neutral and can play both sides? Almost like an artificial push and pull where you can weigh the benefits of working for one side over the other for a particular region?

      Good is objective. It is just that most people get it wrong. In this case, a rare thing has happened in which his game puts you in the morally superior side. Although the "minutemen" are still a tad bit morally wrong due to some rhetoric praising freedom, they are still less chaotic and evil than the monopoly men terrorists.

      this mod removes the Brotherhood of Steel, the railroad, and the institute but the minutemen are here but no quests and no Preston and they have new uniforms and everyone is using real life weapons now.

    I'm interested but wanted to delay the faction becoming hostile until the player allies with the Brotherhood or something else narratively

    I spent my day moving around my FO4 files and backing up my other mods just to play this. Ran into some crashes and learned what was causing them (my fault, I didn't want to do a fresh re-install so I cleaned my mods out and learned MO2) It was worth it.

    Dude, this is so fun and hard. This is the first time in a while I've felt adrenaline while playing a game. Combat is tense and intense, and the AI is smart asf. I tested a bit of this with your Real.AI mod in my other modded playthrough and it was impressive. Been slowly adding in mods and testing compatibility to tailor the experience (MCM, Lightweight ENB's) but as is the conversion is great work. I can tell you put your heart into this. Thank you!

    Great mod and well done for those who's game play goal is to fight or die (again and again)  However, I play FO4 for a different experience.  Never the less for what this, is you are creative and talented.
