Integrates CC Modular Military Backpacks into Frost.

The files:
  • Vanilla: For the vanilla scavers. LL injected and can be found with the details in 1. Use the armor workbench to change it if you don't like it.
  • Official. Contains 1,2, and 3. Scav is still found on scavs while the medic and soldier has a chance of spawning on them along with their original backpack. Not LL injected because it needed new LLs.
  • Optional Survival Attachment Replacer meshes. Removes the gas mask and frying pan and adds a pouch where the gas mask was. It doesn't make sense for some scav to run around in frost with a rag over their mouth instead of using the gas mask on their backpack. This file does not require Frost to be used.
Changes:
  • Removes starting backpack. YOU GET NOTHING.
  • Balances the backpacks to follow medium or large backpacks stats by splitting it into two backpacks. Medium don't have a sleeping bag. and large do. Buffs and Penalties are the same as vanilla Frost.
  • Backpack attachments are cosmetic. Crafting for them has changed to be nothing. 
  • Sleeping Bags can't be added or taken off. They are the visual sign you have a medium or large backpack.
  • Added in buttons and sleeping bag color customization.
  • Changed naming convention of backpacks. Color + Role + Military Backpack
  • Divided backpacks into three groups for Leveled Lists. Vanilla only has Scav while the Official Update has all three.
  • Changed 8 Frost unfriendly patches with 8 new ones.
(unfriendly ones: NCR Flag, NCR Ranger, Reiley Rangers, Railroad, BoS, Minuteman square, Minuteman Circle, Institute)

  • Official Update(redux): Outfit LL for medics and soldiers using backpacks was changed by replacing the backpack with a new leveled list that contains their original backpack, medium military, large military, and a restriction keyword to keep other types out. Level List injectors wouldn't have been useful because the keywords and new level list needed to be added.
Vanilla and Official Update(redux): Scav backpacks are quest LL injected into the backpack leveled list.


Reasons for stuff.
Q: Why didn't you remove the ability to craft x thing that isn't lore friendly?
A: Your choice to craft it or not, deleting things is a bad idea, and the texture might get replaced .

Q: Why did you keep gunner patches? They don't exist yet.
A: It might have been a funny patch people put on their backpacks, but didn't have any meaning yet. That Forward Observation Group has Blackbeard's flag, but if nuclear war happened it might be understood as their patch or another new group.

Q: Will you replace x Frost lore unfriendly patch with a different one?
A: I'm not the best at textures and I don't have any ideas. If you make one I could think about changing the leveled list groups above to include it.
