Fixes Red Rocket to the west, was visual glitching. Rebuilt previs/precombines. No longer supported as I will do updates on the ESL Flagged version. Left for those that still use older version.

House fully scrapable, see desc for all hammer locations or images.

All light fixtures/lamp converted to workshop version, light effects scrap with them.

Doorways all have door snap points.

Library no longer included due to conflicts in Vortex.

ESL Flagged to not count against max plugin count. Updated object IDs to accomplish this, so this version is not backward compatible.
