Add a dirty snap point to one conduit to add it the ability to snap to floors

Technically this mod just add a snap to floor point to the conduit DLC05ConduitFloorToCeil01B to be perfectly perpendicular to the floor. No more need to adjust the direction manually.
To use it correctly you must also use and activate (F8) the mod Place everywhere, because the wall not always connect to floor when the conduit is placed. After that you must connect the first little conduit pass thru wall to a floor, then connect all others conduits to it.
At the end of your circuit, If you want connect another pass thru wall, add a floor under it after your connect this pass thru.
This is because the snap positions are not perfects and the snapping have to chose between the conduit snap and the floor snap.
