Thank you! :-) Unfortunately, there is no vertical scar option which would suit him. : ( But in the near future, I may tweak it here and there, maybe I'll find a good looking alternative.
This looks really good! Even though it's hard to get characters to look "exactly" like Geralt without his face textures too. I wonder if someone could do a mod that changed one of the rougher face textures to resemble his.

Yes, I agree. But without the CK it is very limited for now. : (
