I use the "Snap'n Build - Capital repairs of the real estate add-on" mod and in settlements where there are buildings built using "Snap'n Build ...", the game crashes in the workshop mode. In other settlements where there are no buildings from Snap'n Build, everything is fine. When I disabled this mod, the CTD stopped. This mod is not compatible with "Snap'n Build - Capital repairs of the real estate add-on"

Correct. Not really sure why, but I've never had good success with mods that have the name "snap" or "scrap".

"This is TRASH!" does work with my mod, though!

Very sorry. I like your work. But I also don't want to give up on "Snap'n Build - A major renovation of a real estate addition." In any case, I approve!

Hello,VonHelton!Iincorrectlyconcludedthatyourmod was incompatible with"Snap'nBuild-Capitalrepairsoftherealestateadd-on".Since there wereconstant"departures"in the SpectacleIslandworkshop,Icameto the conclusionthat the conflict was created by the "MonorailToSpectacleIsland"modthatIused.Afterdisablingit, yourmodbegan to workperfectlytogetherwith"Snap'nBuild-Capitalrepairsoftherealestateadd-on"inallsettlements. You canindicateincompatibilitywithhttps://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/86999in the descriptionforotherplayers. Thanks again!

    Oooo........Fancy!

Of course the next logical progression would be a chandelier, so here it is.
As usual, there will be several variants in my Lights Mod.

"Knick knacks" will now snap to the shelves. I'll see what kind of stuff I can make for them!

I LOVE love love your mods.  So many choices and I recently saw a wallpaper in the harbinger hotel upstairs in a toy room that would be fantastic in some of your mods and this one as well...it's a scenery or landscape type of texture on the wall and it flashed into my mind of rooms in my builds I'd love to have so I thought of you as your mods are in all my games so I thought I'd bring up this one to you although you have more than one could probably possibly use in your mods but for me, is there ever too many?  LOL  It's the room upstairs, I think the first door to the right and it's a toy room or play room in that hotel.  Thank you for your mods!

      True story:

Originally, the top of the New York was to be solid. This man lived in New York & wanted the top to be hollow & made into a huge penthouse.
He left a sizeable donation to my cash.app & in the box, what he wanted.

Guess what? The top of the New York is a beautiful penthouse now!

Unfortunately, I sent the wrong candle.......Instead of "Candle v1", it's should be "Candle v1 - On".
(In case the candles dim when using them).

I'll be sure it's added to the next drop.
