Version 3.2.0 removes the dependency for Sim Settlements 2. Slightly changed up the scaffolding at the back of Diamond City leading up to the Bleacher so the edit to SS2 is no longer needed. You'll however need the small patch that moves a quest item inside DC Security if you're using SS2.
bro im getting ctds when entering or near DC maybe its my personal load order problem but i have a question-do the optional files like lfx previs esp and subway runner revival esp load before or after the DC previs esp?ss2 got a new update by the way! thank you

It has it as master requirement. Could try the 3.0.5 from old files I suppose. I might update to make it Loaded Bases supported over required down the line.
Currently no plan there. I feel that in-between DCE and FSD there is quite lot of added rooms in the area already. Might change my mind in the future though.
I tested it. internally it works great with only the conflict I could find been the north west corner of the wall externally. This section had the large hole in it and now has internal world space with venders. Have you used this mod by itself before?
That sounds like some load order issue. Make sure DiamondCity-PreVis.esp is loaded after anything else that touch Diamond City. Also did you use my eXoPatch for Loaded Bases?
Everything is perfect amazing work, the only thing that's weird is the swatters shelves are gone, all the other stores are fine though but it may be something else I have going.
For some reason every time I try to enter the security offices my game crashes. Everything else has worked flawlessly so I really don't know what to do. Any help would be appreciated.

Version 3.3.0 mostly just brings updated PreVisibines to support PRP 74 (or 69). Works for vanilla as well.

I Noticed on another page of the comments you recommended load order is sort of like this:
- Stm_DiamondCityExpansion.esp
- Vault4.esp
- CSEPLoadedBases.esp
- DiamondCityExpansion-eXoPatch.esp
- Vault4-eXoPatch.esp
- StoryWealthLocation-DiamondCity.esp
- PRP.esp (version 74.6beta)
- ELFX-Previs.esp
- DiamondCity-PreVis.esp
Though Vault4.esp refuses to load after Stm_DiamondCityExpanion.esp. DCE lists it as needing to load after Vault4.esp in Vortex.
Is this ok? I was using it like this before but did try Fourvile yet.

Mostly because there is two cells though that could use it. In that case you need to load DiamondCity-PreVis.esp after his.
