cant even find this weapon I went to the shops and killed raiders cant find it anywhere is there any spawn code ive seen other people asking for it and they have been ignored.
Im sorry yeah but this mod author is terrible hes not even engaging with people asking questions and all he has to do is post the "player.additem ........." and its done.
Having a problem getting the mod to work. Installed it and activated it in Nexus like normal, but it doesn't seem to add anything. I can't find the gun in any stores and when I try adding mods where this gun is a requirement it says that the Escape From Boston G36 .esp is missing. What am I doing wrong?
Absolutely beautiful work, love the custom animations and the huge list of mods unique to this weapon. The custom stocks and handguards are fantastic, offering a new look you won't find on any other HK G36 mod... Also a huge fan of the extra accents in OD Green for grips in addition to the usual tan swaps. The AR/Stanag couplers adding new mags and grips, the large assortment of laser/flashlight attachments, and the beautiful sight options! Audio is great, no stutter with automatic fire like on some mods where it sounds like higher rate of fire blurs the audio together. The damage values can run a bit high as you apply more sophisticated ammo types, but this can easily be remedied by adding a list of damage modifiers in FO4Edit. In-game it can seem a bit overpowered unless you're fighting equivalent/higher level mobs. Great all-in-one package, this has everything you could want in a rifle mod and I would say easily fits into any Top 10 list.
I would love to see possibly some camos/skins, aside from that I've only had one issue in-game - the larger long-range scopes look a bit awkward in 1st person as the back end (towards the eye) is larger/closer than usual, resulting in a weird 3D effect. Aside from that everything works fantastic, I feel like the firing animations are balanced for just enough recoil to make a fight without compromising realism or efficiency.

Edit - After testing out more mods I noticed I was having an occasional CTD when leaving the weapons bench after modding the G36 while it was equipped. Checked for errors in FO4Edit and found a few mods missing connections (2x OMODs with unresolved miscmods and 2x construction entries with unresolved OMODs). Will see if I encounter any further crashes after fixing the entries, in general it works fine... the CTDs seem to be only after going in/out of the bench numerous times in a row and I'm not so great at reading BuffOut logs yet (I see a bunch of listings for AutoBeam and am wondering if maybe it's spazzing out trying to recalibrate upon leaving the bench). Will update when I figure it out.
Editing the Edit - Fixed the miscmod/omod entries far as I could tell (I'll be honest lol, I didn't scan the entire list, only the parts I've used in-game so far); found a couple more - Elcan Specter FDE sight omod needs the miscmod entry swapped, it's aimed at the black model miscmod. B&T 8.98" handguard is pointing to the extended 18.9 miscmod No further CTDs yet since fixing everything. Also wik - Mojave Discord has a Side Aim patch, posted along with the rest of the Side Aim patches in the Depot channel (found in the XiFeiLi pack). The plugin file also needs fixing however, and going through 450 or so race subgraph entries made my eyes bleed a little, and my copy/paste might need some recovery time... but I think we're ok. :dies: If anyone wants the fixed Side Aim patch I've posted it separately since it's part of a pack - Side Aim Patch

Not sure why but the RVG Black foregrip is showing up pink/purple despite the texture and mesh both being where they should be as far as I can tell comparing the OMOD entry to the BA2 files. Anyone else having this issue or know how to fix?
The more I use it the more a fan I am! I miss the 'Tacticool' sprint present on some rifle mods, however I like the variety it provides compared to the typical AR animations (I'm a big fan of swapping weapon/armor loadouts constantly). Having a similar experience trying out WF's new Cold War MP5, another interesting animation job.
so i have that problem when its either spawned in or bought from a vendor the pistol grip and magazine are invisible and when im at the weapons workbench the pistol grip shows up after adding one
You can fix this by changing the trigger group to the standard option and then adding the magwell magazine slot and then you have to choose what size magazine you want to use. It's a daunting process but it's necessary for the gun to be useable.

Or in the console type help g36, should be under the tag WEAP :D

If you use the help command, where it's more than one word you need to use quotations eg:
help "heckler and koch g36"

Edit: I fixed it by switching to the standard trigger group. I don't know why the custom doesn't show up but the standard one does.
