Type help "big leagues" 4 spel Then see the id where appear slowmotion. Then type Player.removespell ID and you can get rid of slowmotion if you don't like it. I separated the speed up and slowmotion effects. Ypu can get rid of both of them anyway. It works also with iron fist.
great addition thank you! so you know any guides to editing existing perks, i'm trying to learn how to do it, all i can do atm is change the description, i'm trying to tweak Refractor to give a damage bonus to energy weapons like the rifleman and gunslinger do to rifles and pistols.
is a mess, below the description of the perk, right click in the box and click new. when a window opens, you can chose three spots where you can chose a quest, ability and on the right is where you are looking for. Click it and below you can chose various effects. Choose mod weapon damage. Then type the way you want to modify it, is there on the right. choose modify value mult. and type in thelabel your wished amount. then on the left, the big spacew where is written perk owner, weapon eccetera, right click when selecting perk owner and select the function has perk, then on INVALID chose the next grade of perk of refractor for example and set is =0 then on weapon right click and select new, choose wornhastype and select "weapontypeisenergyweapon" and set it =1. for others grade of the perk, if you want to scale the damage, you have always to negate the successive level until level 5.
IT's complicated to explain here also because i am italian and don't speak english so good. Everything i learned i did it by myselfand took me at least a month to understand properly how functions works. Sorry if i am not enough eloquent but it's the best i can do here.
