Removes all other VW weathers except the snow ones.

When playing with Vivid Weathers, with the Winter plugin, I wondered why I was still getting rain and these weird blue-ish hue radstorms, until I realised that the optional plugin doesn't disable those, it keeps them active.
I did not want that.
So, I basically set out to fix it, and this mod will fix it for anyone else who wants that aswell. The technicals of it are that I deleted every other VW weather except the snow ones that come with the "Vivid Weathers- FO4 - Winter.esp" As far as I know, there is no patch that does this already.
Clear weather still shows up every once in a while but I do not know why, I haven't been able to fix it, you will get snow for most of each day though.
