   Are there any mods that change the horrible Diamond City guards to this armor? It's always bothered  me to see the ridiculous panzy outfits they wear.

   Is there a way to set the armor color for specific factions? Or is it random?

      It is random.  If you want to assign color, you'll have to setup OMOD and ARMO records in xEdit/CK..  Thinking of different mod
