   Laziest "mod" ever, since when did pre-made console commands became mods. Stop flooding the nexus with these bat files they're not mods.

      Are you stupid or you just like to complain? I never said this was a mod, in fact if you read back a couple of pages I said that this isn't a mod myself. And did you even look when this was posted? It was on day 1 of the Fallout 4 release. And there are plenty of files like this on the Nexus. Its not against the rules and its not up to you to tell people what to upload either.

   please excuse my ignorance, could someone please tell me which folder exactly is the "main directory"?
   p.s.
   im running game through steam.

      The Main Directory is the folder that holds the Launcher for Fallout 4. You can usually access it by finding a folder called Program Files (x86), then going to each of the following separate folders in Program Files (x86). Steam/steamapps/common/Fallout 4. The folder you end up in should be your Main Directory, hope this helped.

   Nothing wrong with cheat files in Single Player games. If you don't want to use them, Don't.
   
   Anyone know how to get this file (and others) on to XBox One?

   Confused. I went to the Dev console after placing the batch file into the data folder of Fallout 4 in my Steam directory, i typed in (without quotes) "bat MaxSpecials" and it said "Batch File could not be found/opened" and im all "what?!" please help x.x

      I didn't say you had to put it in your data folder.

      Same here, renamed it and nothing. All I get is "Batch File could not be found/opened"
      
      Edit: Never mind figured it out, me being thick and all that. Rename the file to MaxSpecials.txt and try it.

   when I did this to my FNV game it froze the game when I leveled because the perks were already maxed

      Open the file in notepad. Change the 10s to 9s.
