For anyone running into issues with the armor and helmet appearing invisible on your PC or NPC's, I had to re-download the original mod files manually to get things working. Not sure why MO2 ate the files with the auto-download, but this fixed the issue for me.
The armour is glitched. When worn by myself or raiders it turns invisible and bald. Even with all mods disabled except for the armour mod it still doesn't work.

So you can't even use the armor mod. The only thing I could think of is that your game isn't fully up-to-date or you need to redownload the mod.
If you can't even craft and wear the armor, this replacer isn't gonna do much for you till you solve that issue first.
I can craft and wear it, it just turns invisible and i cannot find a way to fix it.
That's what I meant. The only thing I could think of is that your game isn't fully up-to-date or you need to redownload the mod. Other than that, you're better off asking where it matters. This is the replacer mod page.
yup it works fine when im wearing it and yeah i saw what you were talking about the deja vu
Welp, all I can guess is that you may have a mod that alters Raiders in some way or you just need to wait for a cell reset but that's all I can think of. This is a very simple replacer, if you can wear it then so should them, and there are a lot of mods out there that affect generic raiders.
All I can say is scroll through the comments, check your own mods, and try to troubleshoot it. I've said everything that I can possibly say about this topic, everyone seems to have a different reason for the same issue: Load order, mod conflict, spawning raiders through console commands instead of actually fighting normally spawned raiders, outdated Fallout 4, compacting form IDs of a master file, etc. etc.
All raiders I fight are naked and don"t have the outfit
First and foremost, can you even craft the outfit? If not, then you're gonna have to reinstall and make sure that it can even show up in-game before you can use this replacer.
Make sure you have the latest version of Fallout 4, latest version of the MW2R Shadow Company mod, etc. etc.
I have all the required and am also getting naked raiders. And I can build the outfits in a chem station. What am I doing wrong?
But did you craft and wear them? If you can craft it, wear the outfit, and it shows up on your person or other characters like companions. Then there should be nothing wrong.
If Raiders are showing up naked that means the lists work but the outfits are not working. Which means the outfits aren't showing up.
I put it on heather and myself, the armor does show up, but when I spawn raiders to me using placeatme, they show up naked
Well the only possible thing I can think of is your Fallout 4 game isn't using the latest update. Outside of that, I have no idea what the problem is since this is a simple replacer mod. If the outfit shows up on you, then there's no reason why it shouldn't show up on the raiders either.
Are you spawning specific raiders? Did you go out into the world and see if they're all naked? Did you use the resurrect command on them to be sure? Did you wait inside an interior for 3-7 days for a cell reset?
Saw this myself. Had naked raiders outside of Back Street Apparel. I looked and myload order was all kinds of f***ed up. Put this one lower and everything works! No more strip-teasing Raiders.
Check your load order and move this mod as low as you can if you have issues.
EDIT: Seems i still have some normie raiders in my game, but no nude ones. It's all in the area where I started the game prior to installing, so its not a big deal.
TheHulksCousin: Tested this myself. This mod needs to be used on a new game. If you have already loaded Raiders into the game world it doesn't do anything but strip the raider clothing from the NPCs. It doesn't add the armors into an existing save, so presto - naked raiders.
Hope the mod author sees this and addresses the issue.
Nope. If you simply scrolled a tiny bit, you'll see that MikageKincaid already realized his mistake and mentioned it on another comment chain for some reason instead of this comment chain. The mod works fine.
It definitely works mid-game. Tested it myself.
If they are naked mid-game, the replacer works but the outfit does not. Reload a previous save pre-mod, Go back and make sure the outfit can even appear for yourself first, then install the replacer, go fight raiders out in the world, and you'll see them wear new outfits.
If it works on a new game but not mid-game, then you simply needed to wait for a Cell Reset for them to respawn and then they'll start wearing the outfits. Simple as that.
im having this problem too, i have the mods at the bottom of my load order and they all spawn naked, the outfit that can be crafted at the chem bench is separate to the ones that raiders spawn with so i have no idea whats up with that

I don't understand what you're saying. The outfit that the raiders wear uses the same textures and meshes like the outfit you can craft. One does not work without the other.
Can you craft the outfit, wear the outfit, AND it shows up on your character just fine?
I really like this mod. I use it on a almost lore friendly parallel time lineish profile. Is there any chance for a version that replaces the Institute instead of raiders? I think these models would be even more impactful if encountered less frequently. Throw in voice lines from F.E.A.R 1/2/3 clone soldiers and we got a brand new faction! :D
I have a question. Is it possible to remove the helmet for the female raiders and make them helmetless? I use A Bit Prettier Raider Faces to make the raiders look a bit nicer and I would like to see their faces. Otherwise, it would make that mod useless.

Gender-specific? No, not without doing edits that have a high chance of conflict like with appearance overhaul mods. I can simply just make them all not wear helmets but that's about it and I'm not gonna do that
Helmets are already set up so Raiders might appear with it or might not. You could always use Hide Helmets too.
Ok, so I figured out the problem and possibly the problem of the other on this thread. The raiders are showing up nude when console spawned but when I went to thicket where you fought the raiders, they all showed up in the outfit...So no problems here. 10/10 mod

I have some weapon mods but very few have use these weapons
