Holy hell. This is absolutely fantastic. I had given up on lasers because they are ALWAYS off target, and they only annoy me instead of actually help me aim. With this though... It's time to mod those lasers back. Thank you a lot, this really does enhance the experience by like 1000% EASILY.
Apologies in advance if this is a silly question/comment but I seem to be receiving an error message on load up = Error message here
I wanted to do another playthrough of Fallout 4 and so far I have 3 mods installed including Auto Beam and F4SE V1_10_163 so no conflictions should be happening as far as I can tell. I have been trying to reinstall MCM (Mod Config Menu) but it doesn't seem to be working at all regardless of anything I try, same story with Auto Beam sadly.
If anyone can give me more details or advice on how to fix this I would great appreciate it, thanks.
How do i remove laser beam from modded weapons, but leave the dot? It works with some guns (there are options for beam/dot off and on), but not all of them. Do i add some kind of keyword in Fo4Edit? Or do i just remove the beam in nif file?
Hi. It seems that beam might be obstructed by the ArtObject referenced in the Visual Effect (typically used to create screen effects), causing the direction of the beam to be incorrect. This mod utilizes an ArtObject that follows the camera: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/68994 you can try using it for debugging.
i've been running into crashes caused - according to Buffout - directly by this mod, whenever an OMOD on a weapon is changed on the fly, without using a workbench, such as when changing the ammo type in ECO, adding an attachment in Q.M.W, or when the fire mode is changed, or weapon condition degrades, in antistar's WARS mod.
