The flag for the hold to charge is missing. This also requires some stats to be added "Full Power Secs" and "Min Fire Power" (For reference the Gauss Rifle is 1 second and .5 min power). Even with these added in xEdit you will need additional things for animations and sounds otherwise you just do a silent T-Pose when you charge.
hmm, I thought I had added those. Thanks. I hadn't tested this in 3rd person, but that issue makes sense (I think there are also issues with using it while wearing power armor). It's a pretty janky workaround. Hopefully someone with more skill makes a proper reload animation.
The Tesla Cannon Unofficial Patch was recently merged into the Community Tweaks Merged mod, and the description mentions it's rigged some part to be movable with the missile reload anim, might that help with this mod's animation?
For the Fusion cell version, you forgot to change the NPC ammo back to the original Fusion Cell. (the NPC Ammo is still plasma) So the gunner with Tesla cannon spawned with the plasma ammo instead.
Fix for the Creation club bug where you cant use the pipboy scanner, Cut off the gunners head with a melee weapon like a machete and carry it a good distance away, then drop it and use the pip boy scanner. need to do this with all 3 gunner bodies.
