@Fraquar this is just a texture replacer, which replaces the vanilla texture that both the vanilla, right handed AND the removed ring sights mod all use. This works with all three.
Actually no, that Ring Sight removed doesn't flip the mesh - it just removed the Ring Sight from the mesh. You have to choose between the two: Left Handed loading with ring sight removed - and these textures. or Right Handed loading with ring sight as it came stock and these textures.
Again, they edit the same mesh - but do so differently - so one just over-writes the other. LeverGun.NIF and LeverGun1.NIF - those are the meshes the Right Handed mod edits. The No Ring Sight mod edits those same meshes, calls them by a different name but they are the same. Can't have both features unless one of those NIF's are edited to provide the feature of the other.
Good looking mod and all, but shouldn't this be under the Models and Textures category rather than Weapons?
It's just an alteration to textures, rather than adding a new weapon, or modifying an existing one's specs after all, like the More Realistic Pipe Weapon Textures mod.

That uses the remove ring sight mod, which edits the same mesh that the right handed mod does.
You either have this with right handed gates and ring sight
or
You have it with left handed gates (as pictured) without the ring sight
Only way that would change is if someone edited the right handed meshes to remove the ring sight.
