The vanilla Lockpicking Bobblehead and Tumbler Mag's ability doesn't really do anything now (sweetspot changes). Can they be changed to apply a bonus to lockpicking rolls?
If you're using True Perks, don't take the perks with their own lockpicking/hacking skip, as they directly conflict with this mod and will render you unable to use locked terminals (the same probably goes for lockpicking, but I didn't test it)

This works for hacking too, unless I am misunderstanding your question.
